Refunds and exchanges:

We do not offer refunds. You will receive store credit if you send back an item within 14 days of receipt and it has not been worn or damaged. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom orders. If shipping a piece of jewelry back to us, please package it safely and ship it with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages sent to us

Domestic shipping:

Shipping is free within the continental US. All items will require a signature upon delivery.

International shipping:

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world. Please be sure there are no country-specific restrictions that would bar us from sending jewelry to you. International shipping rates do not include insurance or customs fees

Made to order:

Handmade jewelry takes time and careful attention. Thank you for your patience as we craft your piece. Please be in touch if you have a timeline or date by which you’d like to have your piece. We will be happy to try to meet your needs but cannot guarantee a quick turnaround
